1. Gig Driver Notes SMS Program
The Gig Driver Notes SMS program includes recurring marketing SMS messages featuring educational notes about using a personal vehicle for gig and delivery work, including mileage prompts and general auto coverage considerations, as well as separately selected account notification SMS related to a subscriber's subscription. Each SMS category requires a separate opt-in.
Gig Driver Notes is an educational publication only. Gig Driver Notes does not sell, quote, solicit, or refer users for insurance, and is not an insurance company, agent, broker, marketplace, or lead generator.
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in by visiting our Subscribe page, entering your mobile number, and checking the box for the SMS category you wish to receive. Marketing SMS Notes require separate express written consent, and Account Notifications via SMS require a separate opt-in. Each category is collected by its own unchecked checkbox. Consent is optional, is not a condition of purchase, and neither checkbox is required to access any content on the site.
3. Message Frequency
Marketing SMS Notes: up to 6 messages per month. Account Notifications via SMS: frequency varies based on your account activity.
4. Message and Data Rates
Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
5. How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any of our messages. After you send the opt-out message, we will send one confirmation message and will not send any additional messages. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time.

7. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and Google Voice, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy and Data Use
Mobile information and SMS consent records are never sold, shared, transferred, or otherwise disclosed to insurance carriers, insurance agents, insurance brokers, lead aggregators, comparison platforms, or third-party marketers for any purpose, including in connection with the sale, lease, or transfer of business assets. Gig Driver Notes does not sell or transfer SMS consent. Information is used solely to operate the SMS category or categories you opted in to. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Supported Carriers
The program is available on major U.S. carriers. Service may not be available on all carriers at all times.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
