1. Program Description
The Gig Driver Notes SMS program delivers educational, informational notes about using a personal vehicle for gig and delivery work, including topics such as mileage prompts, personal-use limits, and general auto coverage considerations. Gig Driver Notes is an educational publication only. It is not an insurance company, agent, broker, marketplace, or lead generator, and it does not sell, quote, or solicit insurance via SMS or any other channel.
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in by visiting our Subscribe page, entering your mobile number, and checking the box for the SMS category you wish to receive. Each SMS category is collected by a separate, unchecked checkbox. Consent is not required to access any content on the site and is never bundled with email or other consents.
3. Message Frequency
Educational notes: up to 6 messages per month. Account notifications: frequency varies based on your subscription activity.
4. Message and Data Rates
Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
5. How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any of our messages. After you send the opt-out message, we will send one confirmation message and will not send any additional messages. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time.

7. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and Google Voice, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy and Data Use
Mobile information and SMS consent records are never sold, shared, transferred, or otherwise disclosed to insurance carriers, insurance agents, insurance brokers, lead aggregators, comparison platforms, or third-party marketers for any purpose, including in connection with the sale, lease, or transfer of business assets. Information is used solely to operate the SMS program you opted in to. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Supported Carriers
The program is available on major U.S. carriers. Service may not be available on all carriers at all times.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
